Un-raveled package, with alien to directory (alien -g)
Compiled on faster machine with same kernel
  untared eqnx-4.03*.tar.gz into /usr/src
  pre-kernel
    cd /usr/src
    untared kernel
    ln -s kernel-source-* linux-*
    cp /boot/config* /usr/src/linux-*/.config
    cd linux-*
    make meuconfig
    exit
    make dep
  make eqnx stuff
    cd eqnx*
    make 
  copy tar of whole eqnx dir to pinkocommie
  untar on pinkocommie
    for each sub-dir in eqnx-* 
      edit makefile
      copy and modify and execute install lines
        (Had a pile of checks for kernel and stuff)
    put drv/eqnx.o /lib/modules/*/kernel/drivers/char/
    move the rc file to /etc/init.d from /etc/rc.d/init.d
    execute /etc/rc.d/init.d
